The FBA is actively expanding the number of sanctioned contests throughout the state of Florida. From the Panhandle to Miami, we provide sanctioning and contest support to all size communities, charities and fundraisers from the larger traditional 4-meat Professional and Backyard contests to smaller specialty contests such as Kosher events. For smaller groups with smaller budgets, we are ready to help you with your One-Meat contests such as ribs, chicken or other meat of your choice. To help put the fun back into BBQ, we now offer unsanctioned One-Day contests. This is where anyone in your group can cook or judge anything from hamburgers, hot dogs, sauces, desserts or whatever you wish. With the One-Day contests, we go back to the basics where teams are limited to small, fixed spaces and provide their own water and power.
