Parking: Parking will be made available close to the sites during the event. Parking for motor homes will be made available but not at the cook-site, and they must be self contained. If it’s necessary to keep your vehicle at your site, everything must fit in your 20’x40’ space. NO exceptions. No more than 2 vehicles at a cook-site at a time while you unload. All vehicles must be removed from the cook-site prior to the cook meeting at 5:00 p.m.

Safety: Be sure to have at least one portable fire extinguisher not less than a rating of

Water: Water will be available, but you need to have 100’ of hose, as well as 100’ extension cord.

Quiet Time: A quiet time will be in effect from 11:00 p.m. of the night prior to judging until 6:00 a.m. the following morning. Failure to observe this quiet may subject the offender(s) to removal from the contest site.
