Hot Wachula’s BBQ Summer School Class dates have been set!
Sign up early. Limited seats available.

This is a tell all class that goes over everything we do at a contest. Start to Finish. KCBS and FBA sanctioning formats will be covered. If you don’t like sitting on your hands during awards this is the class for you. We’ve won over 75 Grand and Reserve Grand Championships and are the current 2019 American Royal Invitational Brisket Champion.
